Dear St. Paul family,                                                                                                        November 2018

Grace, mercy, and peace to you in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  I write this letter as we prepare for a week of vacation at Thanksgiving.  I give thanks for you and your family as we partner together in the education of your children.  It truly is a blessing to have you in the St. Paul family.  We exist to partner with parents in training the next generation in Christ.

As we enter into another season of enrollment, there is so much for which to be thankful.  We are beginning the process of a nationwide search to find our new principal, and there are excellent candidates for us to interview.  We will be building a dedicated worship center, new cafeteria, and new fine arts room, starting in 2019.  We are in the process of accreditation with a significant review of our curriculum.  We are finding ways to increase our fine arts offerings school wide.  Good things are happening at St. Paul Lutheran School.

For the 2019-2020 school year there is a slight increase to our tuition prices.  We continue to do everything we can to keep our tuition affordable.  Our Church views our school as its core ministry.  We therefore subsidize the school as much as possible including a very generous financial aid program.

St. Paul has been blessed with an increase in enrollment the past few years, especially in our preschool program.  We anticipate a full preschool and some full classes in K-8 next year.  We give priority to returning students, their siblings, and church families.  Priority re-enrollment is open until January 25, 2019.  After the 25th of January, open spots will be given on a first come, first served basis.  We highly recommend that you take advantage of the priority enrollment window to ensure your child’s spot for the 2019-2020 academic year.

Enrollment will take place online through Sycamore, a guide to this process is included with this letter.   Our goal is to provide the best Christian education possible at the best price possible.  We also understand that some need a little assistance to make St. Paul affordable.  If needed, please begin the financial aid process using www.tads.com by the February 28, 2019 deadline.

I firmly believe that the 2019-2020 school year will be one of the best we have ever had with new facilities, new curriculum, new families, and a new zeal for our Lord Jesus Christ.  I pray that you would be a part by

re-enrolling your child(ren) by January 25, 2019.

In His name for His glory,

Dr. Joel Dietrich
Interim Principal
